Adam Pearce   (LLB  B.Comm  GDLP)

 
Adam studied at University of Adelaide and completed a Bachelor of Commerce in 2002 and a Bachelor of Law in 2005.  He also obtained Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Society of South Australia in 2005.
He is interested in all types of law but practices extensively in criminal defence litigation.
 
Adam joined Fittock Barristers & Solicitors in 2008.  He has previously practiced in very broad areas of the law such as criminal law, personal injury, defamation, wills and estates, debt recovery, contract disputes, workers compensation, mining agreements and native title.  Since joining Fittock Barristers & Solicitors he has been responsible for the criminal litigation section.  He has appeared in the Magistrates, District and Supreme Courts for differing matters such as bail applications, guilty pleas, trials and appeals getting constantly successful results for satisfied clients.
 
Adam enjoys legal practice because he meets lots of people from all walks of life.  Adam's interests outside of law include sports, music, cooking and travelling.
