Q: I am injured by a motor accident. Does No Win No Fee apply?
A: Yes* If we investigate your case and believe you have a claim,
we will fight for your rights usually without asking fees upfront.
If you don't get paid, we don't get paid.

Q: When do I have to make payment for my legal fee?
A: In most cases we require payment of funds in our trust account prior to
commencement of work. In personal injury matters, a No Win No Fee
policy may apply.
Q: How is my personal information treated?
A: We recognise the importance of protecting the privacy of
personally identifiable information, and integrity of our work.

Q: How long will my case take till settlement?
A: Depending on the amount of work involved and the nature of your dispute,
it might vary. Solicitors are happy to provide you with the best estimate from
their professional experience as your case proceeds.
Q: Who will deal with my case?
A: We have a team of experienced barristers, solicitors and law clerks. Who does
the work on your matter will depend upon what area of the law is involved and
what level of complexity is required.
Q: I live far from Adelaide. Can I still get help?
A: We work with lawyers through out Australia.
We could provide a referral of lawyers closer to your area.
